Raíces Restaurant is the new Hotel Cortijo Chico’s project.
Our cook philosophy is based on offering an extended menu with a wide variety of home made products. We used one of the best fresh products but always focusing on the local ones.
This new Restaurant is specialised in Paella, rice and meat, complemented with a gastronomical fusion between signature cuisine and traditional recipes.
We have selected one of the best wines in Spain for our customers with a particular emphasis on Malaga’s wines. Moreover, the menu is complemented with a range of cocktails and gin-tonics.
